FAQ
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. Start and Club run in the browser on your own tablet or computer. Premium includes a tablet: we ship it after the first paid invoice, and you return it if you cancel.
Can I use the system on my own devices?
Yes. Cannasys works in the browser (PWA) on any modern tablet or computer. Premium adds a tablet we provide.
How do payments work inside the club?
Club operations are cash‑first. The platform tracks cash POS, fees, inventory and limits. Online payment on this website is only for your subscription.
Is there a free trial?
Club and Premium include a 60-day CRM trial after club approval and activation. Start has no CRM trial. Eligible new Maps clubs receive three calendar months from their first operational access. Existing Maps time is preserved; the confirmation shows each service and its charge dates. No card is needed to apply.
How do I pay?
Choose a package when applying. After approval, confirm your billing details, applicable taxes and payment schedule. CRM is monthly or yearly (10% off); Maps has its own terms. Card checkout is available only where pricing and billing are ready. Prices are before tax.
What if a payment fails?
We retry for 14 days and show a warning in your account with a link to update the payment method. After 14 days some functions are restricted (new staff, tablets, settings); after 44 days access to the club is suspended until you pay. Daily work and data export keep working while restricted.
What about data and documents?
You can store member photos/scans and consents, manage access by role, and export anytime. After you cancel we keep your data for 90 days so you can export it, then we delete it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Payments page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. With Premium, return the tablet in good condition.
